Quality system

Center for Analysis Service of Experiment is the first experimental analysis unit of the whole country reaching standards of the quality management system according to international standard ISO 9002 version 1994 in 1997, certificated by the AFAQ and converted to the ISO 9001 standard 2000 version new 2002.

CASE also has been reevaluated and accredited its operation by ISO 9001:2008.

Center for Analysis Service of Experiment also was regcognized about capacity of calibration laboratory by Vietnam VILAS Organization according to ISO / IEC 17025:1999, was reevaluated and recognized in metting  requirements about capacity of calibration laboratory by Vietnam Vilas Organization according to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (TCVN ISO/IEC 17025:2007)

Center for Analysis Service of Experiment is also a member of the laboratory network in analyzing agricultural, forestry and fishery products  in the world Le Réseau Experagro.

Center for Analysis Service of Experiment become the member in 1997 of IQNET (International Quatification Certification Net) in many countries such as: Spain, France, Belgium, Mexico, Portugal, Italia, China, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Brazil, Greece, Venezuela, Hong Kong, Ireland, Colombia, Filand, Japan, Korea, Hungary, Norway, Argentina, Poland, Australia, Austria, Russia, Isreal, Slovenia, Malaysia, Switzerland, Romania, Serbia, USA..

In addition, to meet the strict technical requirements of the top laboratory in analyzing sand testing to ensure food safety, quality assurance of  samples of seafood, agricultural products , animal feed, fertilizer, ... for  domestic and exported products, CASE also received  the assessment and accreditation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Seafood, Department of Horticulture, Animal Husbandry Department).

CASE has also welcomed the visit, assessed the analyzing  capacity of experts and organizations from FDA, EU, Japan, Nestlé, DKSH Group, Sanofi-Aventis ... and many other customers when choosing CASE as a laboratory for analyzing for commodities, especially seafood and agricultural products exported from Vietnam.

The system and quality certification system formed the overall quality system, characteristic for CASE activities and meet the requirements of the standard.

- Building the trust in customers for the analysis services of CASE by approved methods to ensure the quality requirements in testing result and time . Use the test results with the optimal analyzing method  for purpose of  society, community and business

-  Accredited for quality at home and abroad to effectively serve the city and the whole country in producing, import, export, protecting environment, food safety and hygiene ...

To achieve the above policy, the quality management system at CASE is built on the basis of every member of CASE being responsible for participation. CASE qualification systems is ensured by:

- All staff are qualified and trained professionally.
- The methods and analysis techniques are frequently updated.
- Security policy for internal information and information of customer.
- Equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated.

Quality of the analysis results are guaranteed by the management:

- Participating in proficiency testing programs, interlaboratory comparison of organizations such as FAPAS, NATA, APLAC, NESTLÉ VINATEST, ... and relevant Bureaus, Ministries
- Controlling samples submitted from external organiations for comparison.
- Controlling samples spiking the standards and internal standards
- Control samples for analyzing repeatedly
- Auditing periodically the internal quality to ensure system operating strictly according to the processes.
